Delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, each session is built around a single leadership theme — practical, interactive, and immediately applicable. Session 4: Values, Purpose & Personal Leadership An exploration of how personal values and sense of purpose shape authentic, credible leadership. Session 6: Dealing and Leading Through Change & Uncertainty Building the capability to lead yourself and others through change with confidence. We believe evaluation should be meaningful rather than procedural — focused on whether development has translated into genuine change.

Participants leave every session with a clear, practical action plan to embed their learning back in the workplace.
For the full Leadership & Management Programme, an optional six-month check-in is available following the self-awareness module to review progress and reinforce development goals.
For bite-sized sessions, follow-up is less structured by design — but participants are actively encouraged to reflect on their learning, share insights with their teams, and return to the tools and strategies covered in the session as their circumstances evolve.
